What if I can’t log in to use the library resources and services?
Answer
Many of the Mt. SAC Library’s online resources and services require students to login with their Portal Username and Password.
Sometimes this does not work for a variety of reasons. If you are having issues, you can try the steps for logging into your library account to see if this resolves the issue.
If you are unable to log in to a Library service, please contact the library:
- Fill out this form and submit your question/issue/service you are not able to log in to along with your A#. Library Staff and or IT Staff will get back to you in 1-2 business days
- Call our Information Desk at 909-274-4289 during regular business hours 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday (reminder that the Library is closed Fridays during Summer and Winter sessions)
