What if I can't log into my Library account?

To log into your library account:
From the Mt. SAC Library home page
- Click on: Library Account
- Enter your Portal login Username and Password
- Click "Continue"
- You should be logged into your Library's account and should see your information including any materials you have checked out
What if I can't log into my Library account​?
- What if it says "your session has timed out?"
- close the current browser, open a new browser, and repeat steps 1-4 listed above
- What if it still says "your session has timed out" after opening a new browser?
- try restarting your computer and repeat steps 1-4 listed above
- What if it says that your account does not exist or is invalid?
- double check your Portal Username and Password are correct
- What if you tried these suggestions, and you still can't log in?
- Fill out this form and submit your question/issue along with your A#. Library Staff and or IT Staff will get back to you in 1-2 business days.
