Library’s license means Mt. SAC Library has a legal agreement (contract) for the rights to use the licensed copyright material (including intellectual property such as an e-book or an online database).
Therefore, Mt. SAC faculty, students, and employees has the rights to use the copyright materials found in Mt. SAC Library’s 130+ databases and copyright material covered by the Copyright Clearance Center License for Higher Education (see Sample List of Publishers.)
